Kingwood Management has a full time staff of maintenance personnel that are capable of completing any maintenance task assigned. Our maintenance staff are equipped to complete most plumbing, electrical, carpentry and/or painting tasks. Our philosophy is to correct small problems before they grow into big and expensive problems. No job is too big or too small. We have contacts with the various trades to complete any task.
